1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Design Your Works website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Design Your Works provides digital marketing, website design, AI automation, SEO, and related services ("Services"). The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal. These Terms of Service apply to all client relationships unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary materials (such as logos, images, and content), and reasonable access needed for us to deliver the agreed-upon services. Delays in client deliverables may affect project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables (website, design files, etc.). Design Your Works retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, code libraries, and methodologies used to create the deliverables. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project's service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion. Ongoing services (maintenance, SEO, AI receptionist) are billed monthly. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Design Your Works provides services with professional care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as lead volume or revenue increases) as results depend on many factors beyond our control. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice according to the terms specified in that agreement. For month-to-month services, either party may cancel with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered through the termination date.

8. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website features at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
